Frequently Asked Questions
How much beer do I get?
As long as they drink responsibly, participants will enjoy a ticket-less system with access to all breweries.
What else comes with my ticket?
Unless you are a designated driver, tickets get you a 4oz tasting glass and the chance to taste 150+ beers from 45+ breweries. A VIP ticket grants you an extra hour of the festival (12-2pm) and access to a special beer to enjoy from every brewery, exclusive to VIP wrist band holders. All ticket holders will have access to special non-alc selections as well.
Food and crafts from a selection of purveyors are available to purchase on site, but are not included in any ticket price.
Entry is free to the Cornhole and Disc Golf tournaments and will be first-come first-serve on the day of the festival.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience. All ticket purchases are final.
Will tickets sell out?
Yes. We sold out last year with 1500 tickets. We are increasing to 2000 tickets this year but expect a sell out 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Can I buy tickets the day of the event?
We strongly suggest purchasing tickets in advance (either by ordering tickets online or in person at Baxter Brewing Co) because the event may WIILL sell out. If we have not reached capacity by June 24, yes, we will have tickets available for purchase at the festival. Note: VIP tickets will not be available day-of. General Admission ticket prices will increase by $5 for any tickets purchased on-site.
I have a General Admission ticket, will I be allowed to enter the festival prior to 2pm?
No. The first two hours of the festival are exclusive to VIP ticket holders ONLY, to avoid long wait times.
Can I buy a discounted ticket if I arrive late?
No. Tickets will not be discounted at any time during the festival.
Can I leave and come back?
No. There is no re-entry to the festival for any reason.
Can I smoke?
No. Per the city of Lewiston, Simard-Payne Memorial Park is a completely smoke-free zone and there is no re-entry to the festival grounds.
Will additional tasting tickets be available at the event?
Tasting tickets are not required for this festival. There is no limit to your responsible sampling!
Do I have to be 21, and show a valid photo ID?
Yes. No ID, no entry, no exceptions.
What if it rains?
The festival is rain or shine (there are tents)!
Where can I park?
There are parking garages located at Centreville Plaza, Chestnut Street and Lincoln Street, all less than a 5 minute walk to the festival grounds.
Are children allowed?
We strongly encourage you to find childcare elsewhere. But if you must bring your offspring, please make sure they are on a leash or in a backpack or stroller at all times. Though Baxter always creates child-friendly environments, this festival is not designed for children. Any children found not restrained or left unattended, will be sent down the Andro in a raft.
Are pets allowed?
No. Per the City of Lewiston, there are no animals allowed in Simard-Payne Memorial Park.
What about designated drivers?
Designated drivers can purchase tickets to the festivities for just $15. A Designated Driver ticket grants access to the festival from 12-6pm. Food, an array of non-alcoholic beverages, and crafts from a selection of purveyors – as well as admission to the Cornhole and Disc Golf tournaments – are available to purchase on site, but are not included in the ticket price. DDs will be able to enjoy the non-beer aspects of the festival, all while basking in that responsible feeling of keeping their friends safe!
